摘    要:本文用HCl与NaOH调整Zarrouk培养液的pH值,使其pH值从0.5到12.59的系列;在此酸碱范围内测定鄂尔多斯沙区碱湖钝顶螺旋藻的生长量。结果表明:该藻对培养液pH值适应的范围为2.7-11.1。可生长的pH值范围为5.5-11.1。最适pH值为9.3左右。根据其实际生存湖水的pH值(pH值9.3-10.5)和H.Eng-berg的生态类型的分法,作者认为该藻属于嗜碱耐酸植物。

Abstract:The culture fluid of Zarrouk was adjusted by HCI and NaOH from pH 0.5 to 12.6 in the experiment of the essay. The survival and growth of the Spriulina platensis was tested, which was isolated from alkaline lake in Erdos sandy area, a soda crater lake in Inner Mongolia. The Results indicate that the species has a wide survival range for pH values (from2.7-11.1) and it has a wide range of growth for pH (from5.5-11.1), too. According to These pH values of natural environment (pH9.3-10.5) and H. Engberg's method of classification system, the Spirulina belongs to basophilic-acidototerant plant.
