摘    要:文章提出用量气法测定粗蛋白含量,在PH=8-10的胡酸钠缓冲介质中,加入过量的次氯酸钙溶液与氨氮反应,量取氮气体积,方法快速,操作简便,分析结果与凯氏法一致。

Abstract:The method was presented for the rapid determination of coarse protein by measuring the volume of N2. Adding excessive solution of Ca(ClO)2 to the buffer solution of Na2B4O7 (PH 8 - 10) which contains digested sample and KBr,N2 will be created by the reaction . The result of analysis is identical with Kjeldahl method, and this method is simpler and more rapid than Kjeldahl method.
