关于唐代草、青、鲢、鳙养殖业兴起的原因

从池养鲤为主到四大家鱼的形成,是我国渔业史与我国渔业科技史上的重要突破。对于突破的原因,从本世纪60年代到现在一种相当流行的看法是:唐代禁捕、禁食鲤的法律,促使人们去寻找新的养殖种类,从而草、青、鲢、鳙养殖业逐渐兴起与形成。本文从历史文献记载,从大量史料分析与科学论证,否定了上述论断,认为这一重大突破是我国生产力长期发展的结果,是我国渔业科学技术长期发展的结果,是商品生产价值规律推动的结果,唐代一度颁布的禁捕、禁食鲤律并非这一重大突破的主要原因。

Causes of Booming of Grass Carp, Black Carp, Silver Carp and Bighead Carp Farming During Tang Dynasty

The transit to the culture of four domestic fishes (black carp, grass carp, silver carp and bighead) from culturing of common carp was an important break - up in the Chinese history of fishery and the history of scientific and technical development of fishery in China.When answering the causes of this break -up in history, a rather popularly accepted point of view since the 60s' of this century stated: the ban of fishing and eating of common carp by the law of Tang Dynasty stimulated the cultivation of new species of fishes which caused the booming of grass carp, black carp, silver carp and bighead carp farming in China.The paper denies the point above by analysing and scientific demonstration on the basis of great amount of historical documents. The author finally points out that this important break - up was the result of the historical development of productivity in China, an outcome of the law of value in commodity production. The banning of common carp fishing and dieting once exercised during Tang Dynasty is not the major cause for this important break -up in the Chinese history of fishery.
