中国肉牛业发展分析以及促进出口的对策建议

摘    要:中国肉牛产业是改革开放以后迅速发展起来的新兴产业,也是近年来中国发展速度最快的畜牧产业之一。经过20多年的发展,中国牛肉产量现居亚洲第一、世界第三。笔者简要分析中国肉牛产业的总体发展状况,并从促进肉牛出口的角度给出几点建议。

Abstract:The Chinese beef cattle industry is the largest in Asia, is ranked third in the world. Although the systems for producing beef in China have undergone several changes, the industry has developed ceaselessly. This paper is intended to provide an overall picture of beef cattle industry in China and give some suggestion about beef export.
