| 摘 要： | 应用高速逆流色谱法分离茶黄素单体成分 ,经过比较后 ,选择溶剂系统为乙酸乙酯 -正己烷 -甲醇 -水 (其比例为 3∶1∶1∶6 ) ,并优化了分离茶黄素的条件。结果表明 ,在流速不超过2 0ml min、进样量不超过 2 50mg时 ,均能达到有效分离。
