不同水温调节系统在重庆地区工厂化循环水养鱼系统中的应用分析研究

摘    要:在工厂化循环水养殖过程中保持水温恒定是水产养殖生产效率的重要保障,为解决工厂化循环水养殖系统调温环节能耗高,对养殖环境影响大等问题,以重庆地区512 m3的养殖场为例。分析了水源热泵、空气源热泵、螺杆机组+锅炉、空气源热泵+锅炉4种水温调节方式的设备初投资和长期运行的适用性。结果表明:空气源热泵的初投资为50.76万元,运行费用为25.82万元,水源热泵分别为48.21万元和16.87万元,均具有较好的长期使用价值。但由于水源热泵在廉价水资源难以获取的地区运行费用较高且维护成本及难度较高,故对于本研究而言空气源热泵,投资以及运行费用较低,整体适应性较好。

Abstract:Maintaining constant water temperature in the process of recirculating aquaculture system is an important guarantee of aquaculture production efficiency. In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high impact on the breeding environment in the recirculating aquaculture system, a 512 m3 farm in Chongqing is used as an example. The applicability of the initial investment and long-term operation of equipment for four types of water temperature regulation methods: water source heat pump, air source heat pump, screw unit + boiler, and air source heat pump + boiler were analyzed. The results show that the initial investment of air source heat pump is 507,600 yuan and the operating cost is 258,200 yuan, and the water source heat pump is 482,100 yuan and 168,700 yuan respectively, both of which have good long-term use value. However, since water source heat pumps are more expensive to operate and more difficult to maintain in areas where cheap water resources are difficult to obtain. Therefore, air source heat pumps have lower investment, operating costs, and better overall adaptability in this study.
