海南5个桑树品种桑枝营养成分分析

摘    要:为了挖掘海南桑枝资源的多元化开发利用价值,本文对海南地区栽培的5个桑树品种桑枝的12个营养成分指标进行检测分析。结果表明,5个桑树品种之间桑枝营养成分含量存在一定的差异性,其中桂桑优62号有7个检测指标的含量最高,其次是大十有3个指标的含量最高,通过对不同生长时间桑枝营养成分含量的比较分析发现,嫩枝的总氮、氨基态氮、粗灰分、Mg、P、K的含量高于老枝,而总碳、木质素含量低于老枝;此外,纤维素、半纤维素、可溶性总糖、Ca的含量二者差异不大。综合分析表明海南地区栽植的桂桑优62号桑枝价值最高,其次是大十,均具有良好的开发利用前景。

Analysis on Nutrient Composition of Ramulus mori by Five Mulberry Varieties in Hainan

Abstract:In order to tap the value of diversified development and utilization of Ramulus mori resources in Hainan, twelve nutrient components of Ramulus mori of five varieties in Hainan were detected. The results showed that there was some differences in the nutrient content of Ramulus mori among the five varieties. Among them, Guisangyou 62 had seven best indicators, next was Dashi, which has three best indicators.By comparing and analyzing the nutrient content of Ramulus mori at different growth time, it was found that the contents of total nitrogen, amino nitrogen, crude ash, Mg, P, K in twigs were higher than those in old branches. However, the content of total carbon and lignin was lower than those in old branches. In addition, there wasn''t significantly different between the contents of cellulose, hemicellulose, total soluble sugar and Ca. The comprehensive analysis showed that Ramulus mori of Guisangyou 62 in Hainan had the highest value, next was Da Shi, both with promising prospect for development.
