衡水湖黄顶菊对丹参根腐病菌的抑制效应研究

Study on Inhibitory Effect of Flaveria Bidentis of Hengshui Lake on SalviaMiltiorrhiza Root Rot Fungus

In this experiment, the common invasive asteraceae plant-Flaveria bidentis of hengshui lake was used as experimental material,the ultrasonic cell disruption method was used to prepare the extract of Flaveria bidentis under the conditions of different ethanol concentration, different solid-liquid ratio,different extraction time and different extraction power,then the bacteriostasis test was carried out on the root rot fungus of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the optimum extraction conditions were determined according to the bacteriostasis rate.The results showed that the optimum ethanol extraction concentration was 75%,the optimum solid-liquid ratio was 1:10,the optimum extraction time was 100 min,and the optimum extraction power was 30%.The effective antibacterial components in Flaveria bidentis were extracted to the maximum extent,in order to open up a new way for the effective control of root rot disease of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the prevention and control of alien invasive plants of compositae.This ecological prevention and control? which was economically effective and environmental protection had great significance.
