摘    要:针对河北农哈哈公司已经研发的基于卷盘式淋灌直流电机驱动控制方案所带来的些许缺点,设计了不同于基于喷灌机水涡轮进水量的电气自动控制方案。本文阐述了卷盘式淋灌机的喷洒车在该办法下的回收调速原理及其调速涉及的机、电控制方案,并对其控制电路、控制器功能和内部运行的程序流程进行了介绍。

Abstract:For some disadvantages brought by the reeling irrigating machine with motor driving developed by Hebei Nonghaha Company, an electrical automatic control solution different from that based on the water inlet of the water turbine of the sprinkler is designed. This paper describes the principle of recovery speed regulation of the spraying wagon of reeling irrigation machine under this method and the mechanical and electrical control scheme involved in speed regulation, and introduces its control circuit, controller function and internal operation program flow.
