武汉市郊农村空心化的现状与原因分析

通过遥感图像数据、实地调研和访谈及农村空心化程度模型构建,对武汉市近郊江夏区龚家铺中心村的空心化问题进行了研究。自2002~2012年,龚家铺中心村住宅面积增加了70%。对2012年龚家铺中心村空心化程度的测算显示:该村空心化程度E达到28.45%,其中人口迁移造成的住宅完全空置率为9.7%,外出打工的季节性移民造成的空心化率达18.75%。该村的空心化原因主要有城乡从业收入差异、居民居住环境满意度差和村庄空心化带来的负效应等。

Current Situation of Rural Hollowing in Wuhan Suburbs and Cause Analysis

Rural hollowing in Wuhan suburbs was studied through remote-sensing image data, field survey and interview and building of rural hollowing degree model. It took Gongjiapu Center Village in Jiangxia District of Wuhan City as an example. From 2002 to 2012, the area of resi- dence of Gongjiapu Center Village increased about 70%. Estimation of rural hollowing degree in Gongjiapu Center Village in 2012 indicated that the hollowing degree （E） reached 18.75%. From analysis, it is believed that the hollowing problem of Gongjiapu Center Village is mainly resulted from urban and rural income gap, satisfaction difference in living environment, and negative effect brought about by rural hollowing.
