温度对堇叶碎米荠生理特性的影响

摘    要:研究了10、15、20、25、30、35℃6个温度下堇叶碎米荠生理参数变化。结果表明:POD活性和MDA含量的变化大致呈V型,20℃时最低;可溶性蛋白含量变化呈M型,20℃时含量最高;可溶性糖含量变化呈W型。表明堇叶碎米荠最适生长温度为20℃。

Abstract:The relation between POD activity and MDA content in leaves of Cardamine violifolia showed "V" shape,with the bottom at 20 ℃,while the change in soluble protein appeared "M"shape,with the peak at 20 ℃,and soluble sugar content appeared "W"shape.The results showed that Cardamine violifolia could grow well with the normal metabolistm at 15~25 ℃,POD activity and MDA content all reached lower level,and keeped higher level at 10 ℃.When the temperature reached 30 ℃,its POD activity and MDA content increased drastically.At 35 ℃,the POD activity descended but MDA content raised.The present study indicated that 20 ℃ is the optimal temperature for the growth of Cardamine violifolia.
