食品中转基因成分的检测

摘    要:文章对当前几种比较常用的食品中转基因成分的检测方法进行了概述,比较了各种检测方法的优缺点;简述了基因芯片技术、近红外光谱分析技术等在转基因产品检测中的应用。

Abstract:Over the years,several legislations were enacted in the worldwide to regulate the presence of ge - netically modified organisms ( GMOs ) in crops and foods.In order to keep up with these developments and meet the labeling requirements,a number of GMO detection methods have been developed in recent years.These methods main for detecting GMOs elements by the presence of the foreign DNA and its expressed proteins.This article presents an overview of the currently used detection methods,their potential and limitations.
