摘    要:西瓜叶片后绿性状是目前发现的苗期鉴定西瓜杂交种子纯度最理想的标记性状。为了提高后绿资源在育种上的应用价值,以西瓜叶片后绿品系96B90为材料,与叶片正常绿西瓜优良品种进行杂交和回交,经过多代连续自交选择,选育出熟性、果形、皮色、抗性、产量和品质等各具特色的叶片后绿新品系20份,并以新的后绿品系作母本,选配出能在苗期利用叶片后绿性状鉴定出杂交种子纯度的西瓜杂交一代新组合2个。

Abstract:The delayed-green watermelon leaf marker is the best available seedling marker for hybrid seed purity test. To enhance the utilization of delayed-green watermelon leaf character,we crossed the delayed-green line 96B90 with normal green lines and backcrossed with normal lines, followed by several generation of selfing and pedigree selection. Twenty lines with delayed-green leaf and different mature period,fruit shape,fruit skin color,and disease resistance were developed. Two hybrids were developed by using the delayed green lines as female parents and the hybrid purity of these 2 hybrids can be tested by using the delayed green leaf seedling marker.
