摘    要:目的]探讨乙烯利处理对黄瓜农艺性状和生理生化特性的影响。方法]以日光温室栽培的津春4号黄瓜为试材,研究不同浓度乙烯利在幼苗2、4叶期处理引起的植株农艺性状和生理生化指标的变化。结果]适宜浓度(50~150μl/L)乙烯利处理可有效抑制秧苗徒长,显著增加1~10节内雌花数(2叶期处理)和11~20节内雌花数(4叶期处理),降低第1雌花节位;使功能叶片维持较高的生理生化活性,表现为明显提高黄瓜叶片可溶性蛋白质(Pr)、叶绿素(Chl)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,增强光合速率(Pn),降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;在肥水相对不足的情况下,虽能提高黄瓜前期产量,但单瓜重偏低,某些营养成分下降。结论]乙烯利处理可有效改善黄瓜农艺性状和生理生化特性。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to reveal the effects of ethephon treatment on the agronomical,physiological and biochemical characteristics of cucumber.Method] JINCHUN No.4 cucumber grown in solar greenhouse was used for experiment,and the changes of agronomical,physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied by treating with different concentration ethephon in two-leaf and four-leaf period of seedlings.Result] The results indicated that an appropriate concentration of ethephon within 50-150 μl/L could restrain effectively seedling to grow rapidly.At the same time,the female flowers within 1-10 nodes for treatment in two-leaf period and those within 11-20 nodes for treatment in four-leaf period increased obviously,and the position of the first female flower declined.Furthermore,the appropriate concentration of ethephon could make the physiological and biochemical characteristics of functional leaves retained at higher level.It was showed that the ethephon treatment increased the contents of soluble protein(Pr),chlorophyll(Chl) and carotenoid(Car) obviously,as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and the photosynthetic rate(Pn),but decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).In addition,the prophase yield increased,but single fruit weight of treated plants was lower,and some nutrient component declined on the condition that the fertilizer and water is not enough.Conclusion] The ethephon treatment could improve the agronomical,physiological and biochemical characteristics of cucumber effectively.
