中草药免疫增强剂对鸡T-淋巴细胞数量的影响

为探讨中草药免疫增强剂的作用机理,进行了鸡T淋巴细胞数量的动态观察。将240只1日龄雏鸡随机分为3组:1组为对照组,其余2组分别饮用10和5mL/L中草药免疫增强剂48d,采用α醋酸萘酯酶染色(ANAE)法检测了12,24,36和48日龄各组鸡血液中T-淋巴细胞数量。结果显示,饮用中草药免疫增强剂后,T-淋巴细胞百分率较对照组显著提高,且10mL/L中草药免疫增强剂组T-淋巴细胞百分率较5mL/L组显著提高。并运用组织学常规切片技术和ANAE法,观察了10mL/L中草药免疫增强剂组和对照组在14和21日龄时鸡小肠黏膜淋巴组织中T淋巴细胞的数量分布。结果显示,10mL/L中草药免疫增强剂组鸡小肠的T淋巴细胞数量与对照组相比差异显著。上述结果表明,该免疫增强剂对鸡T-淋巴细胞数量有显著的提高作用,且10mL/L组的效果优于5mL/L组。

Effect of immunopotentiator on the quantity of T lymphocyte in chicken

In order to discuss the mechanism of immunopotentiator,the quantity of T lymphocyte was observed.Two hundred and forty 1-day-old chiken were divided into 3 groups randomly:one contrast group and two groups fed immunopotentiator with the concentration of 10 and 5 mL/L for 48 days.The number of T lymphocyte were tested in blood with ANAE at 12,24,36,48 d.The results showed that the percent of T lymphocyte in trial group was higher than the contrast group and that of the 10 mL/L group higher than that of 5 mL/L group;And the quantity distributions of T lymphocyte in intestinal mucosa lymphoid tissue on 14-day-old,21-day-old chiken of the contrast group and 10 mL/L group with the method of normal histology-slices and ANAE were observed.The results showed that the quantity of T lymphocyte in the 10 mL/L group was much higher than that of the contrast,which indicated that immunopotentiator advanced markedly the quantity of T lymphocyte and 10 mL/L group produced better result than 5 mL/L group.
