农药氰戊菊酯和杀虫双诱导家蚕血液蛋白的变化

摘    要:为了解析家蚕对常用农药氰戊菊酯和杀虫双的解毒机制,分别给家蚕5龄幼虫添食2种农药,观察家蚕对农药的中毒症状,采用双向电泳(2-DE)技术对添食农药的家蚕幼虫的血液蛋白进行分离,利用电喷雾电离(ESI)质谱对具有2次以上重复的显著差异蛋白点进行鉴定,并用生物信息学方法进行分析。家蚕5龄幼虫分别添食1/4LD50剂量浓度的2种农药后,均在3~12h内出现中毒症状,且血液蛋白的表达也发生了变化:在氰戊菊酯诱导下,幼虫血液中增加了纤维样蛋白、果糖-1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂;在杀虫双诱导下,幼虫血液中增加了丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂-13;经2种农药分别诱导处理后3h,幼虫血液中都减少了体液低分子蛋白-Ⅲ的表达。推测家蚕对氰戊菊酯和杀虫双具有一定的免疫反应。
