| Abstract: | Analyzing the historical background and present situation which "private-owned forest" building from state-owned forest industry region in Heilongjiang Province,embarking from the angle of forestry situation development and the forest resources management,in view of the existence questions,the corresponding suggestion is proposed,with the aim to achieve,the goal of fast and healthy development of non-public ownership system forestry. |
