中国水产养殖业国际竞争力分析

用详实的资料论述了中国对世界水产养殖业所做出的重要贡献,并从中国低廉而充足的劳动力资源和丰富的海水和淡水养殖水面两个方面,进一步阐述了其发展水产养殖业的巨大潜力。在此基础上,通过对主要养殖水产品的国际竞争力的分析来论证中国水产养殖业的优势地位。首先用定量分析指标——比较价格PR和相对比较优势指数CAI从理论层次上对该问题进行了较为深入的研究,通过截面资料和时间序列资料的研究得出:中国在鱼类、甲壳类和软体类的生产上具有比较优势的结论,(但同时指出,近年来该比较优势存在下降的趋势。)进而,又通过主要养殖水产品——罗非鱼、鳗鱼、对虾和贝类的出口实绩,从实证角度进一步论证了上述论点。最后,从目前制约中国水产养殖业国际竞争力的水产品质量角度,提出了一些提高竞争力的相应措施,包括推广生态养殖模式、加快养殖水产品质量标准体系和其他相关体系建议等。

The article analyzes the international competitiveness of China's aquaculture industry with the quantitative index first, including production potentiality, the price ratio and comparative advantage index. The conclusion is that China' s aquaculture industry has comparative advantage in fish, crustacean and mollusk. Then the article elaborates it in the view of the international trade practice. At last the paper gives some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China' s aquaculture industry.
