仔猪人工感染猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的病理分析

目的]研究猪传染性胃肠炎（TGE）在仔猪体内的发病规律,为猪传染性胃肠炎的防治提供理论依据。方法]将猪传染性胃肠炎病毒（TGEV）JL分离株口服接种1周龄仔猪,10TCID50/只。应用RT-PCR方法检测发病和死亡仔猪的粪便处理液;采取病猪心脏、肝脏、胃、肺脏、肠管,制成病理组织切片,观察病理组织学变化。结果]接种动物48h后出现典型的传染性胃肠炎临床症状,表现为短时间呕吐,伴有黄色水样腹泻和脱水。剖检发现肠管扩张,充满液体,小肠壁变薄。PCR结果为TGEV阳性。十二指肠近端黏膜绒毛轻微萎缩变短,远端绒毛明显缩短;上皮细胞脱落,呈浆液性或卡他性炎症。空肠、回肠绒毛显著萎缩,肠黏膜皱褶减少,大肠出血,并见卡他性炎症。胃壁变薄,淤血,出血。肺脏表现为间质性肺炎病理变化。结论]攻毒仔猪表现出典型的TGE病理组织学变化。

Pathological Analysis of Piglets Infected by Porcine Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus Artificially

objective]To study the pathogenesis of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) so as to provide basis for its prevention.Method]TGEV JL strain was orally inoculated 7 days old piglets at the dosage of 10 TCID50 per piglet.Feces liquid from the dead pig-lets were tested by RT-PCR.Histopathologic slide were made from pigs heart,liver,stomach,lung,intestine,and pathological changes were observed.Result]After inoculation for 48 h,typical clinical symptoms of TGE could be seen,including vomiting in a short time,yellow watery diarrhea and dehydration.Expand of the intestine filled with liquid,wall thinning also could be found by necropsy.PCR results were positive for the TGEV.Mucosal villous slightatrophy,the shortened distal villi,epithelial cell loss and serous or catarrhal inflammation were observed at proximal duodenal.In jejunum and ileum,villus significantly atrophied,intestinal mucosa fold reduced.Haemorrhage and catarrhal inflammation were seen in colorectal.Thinning,bruise,bleeding could be seen on stomach wall.Lung showed pathological changes of interstitial pneumonia.Conclusion]Inoculated piglets showed typically TGE histopathological changes.
