东北红豆杉扦插繁殖技术研究

针对东北红豆杉扦插成活率低、生长速度慢等问题,对东北红豆杉扦插繁殖技术进行研究。采取药用维生素B12处理2年生插穗,用优质腐质土作插床,控制温、湿度和水分,适度遮荫,可使扦插成活率达95%以上,解决东北红豆杉扦插成活率低的难题;移栽后施用有机肥料香油渣,可大幅度提高幼苗生长量,解决红豆杉生长速度慢的难题。

Research on Cuttage Propagation Techniques of Taxus cuspidata

Aiming at the problems of poor cutting survival rate and low growth rate of Taxus cuspidata, the cuttage propagation techniques of Taxus cuspidata was researched. The two-year old cuttings were done with vitamin B12 in humus soil and shaded in moderation, with the temperature, humidity and moisture controlled. The results showed the survival rate could come up to 95%, which could solve the problem of poor cutting survival rate of Taxus cuspidata. After transplanting, organic fertilizer 'dregs of sesame oil' was used which could improve the seedling increment greatly and the problem of low growth rate of Taxus cuspidata was solved.
