摘    要:为寻求协调烟叶内部化学成分,提高内、外在品质的最佳施氮水平,研究不同用氮量对晒红烟叶片光合色素及化学成分的影响.结果表明,增施氮肥能明显增加烟叶单株光合叶面积,施氮量超过135 kg/hm2会产生抑制现象;叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量均随生育期的延长而呈单峰曲线;随施氮水平的增加总氮、烟碱含量与烟碱日积累量逐渐增加,而钾、总糖、还原糖含量呈降低趋势;随生育期的推进烟叶烟碱含量与烟碱的日积累量逐渐增加,尤其打顶之后迅速增加,而总糖含量不断积累呈单峰曲线,60 d时达最高.施纯氮135kg/hm2、P2O545 kg/hm2、纯K2O 90 kg/hm2的处理表现最优.

Abstract:In order to explore the best executes of nitrogen level to coordinated the internal chemical composition,enhances the inside and outside quality,studied different nitrogen content on sun-cured tobacco leaf photosynthetic pigment and influence of the chemical composition experiment.The results showed that leaf photosynthetic increasing significantly when nitrogen fertilizer increased,but there is suppresses phenomenon when nitrogen more than 135 kg/hm2,the contents of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoid showed a ...
