日本产温室设施的性能测定

摘    要:通过对日本产温室的测试研究,对其结构特性,覆盖材料及配套设施包括室内外遮阴帘,双层保温幕,通风及降温系统,自动控制系统的性能等进行了分析,提出了改进意见。

Abstract:Through measuring and studying the greenhouse imported from Japan, this paper discussed the structure characteristics of the greenhouse. It explained how the ridge window and side window affect the environmental factors in concrete terms, compared the heat effect in the greenhouse covered by MMA double sheet with that covered by glass, compared the sunshade effect of shading curtain in the greenhouse with that over the greenhouse, analysed the effect of cooling greenhouse by fog and fan system, and finally confirmed the degree of automation achieved in the greenhouse operation controlled by computer. It was thought that the main defect of the fog and fan system was that the droplet cann't be evaporated completely and there was some water left on the ground. This paper also presented that the effect of heat preservation was not very well by using the double thermal insulation curtain. The curtain had some disadventages, such as, the film' s life was too short and so on.
