摘    要:通过对特色专业和重点学科概念的阐述,介绍了南通大学生物科学特色专业和生物学重点学科一体化建设基本思路,从专业和学科发展现状,修订科学合理的人才培养方案,加强课程和教材建设,凝练重点学科建设方向,贯彻专业与学科一体化建设,深化改革,创新师资队伍建设的机制,"引培"并举,建设高层次人才队伍,创新教学管理,充分利用校外教学资源,优化环境,为特色专业和重点学科建设提供有效保障等方面,系统地论述了南通大学生物科学特色专业和生物学重点学科建设的内容和成果。

Practice and Exploration for the Integrated Construction of Characteristic Specialty and Key Discipline

Abstract:This paper presented the basic thinking to the integrated construction of characteristic specialty of bioscience and key discipline of biology in Nantong University by expatiation on their conceptions.Current status of specialty and discipline development was analyzed,and how to revise a personnel training plan scientifically and rationally was proposed.The paper also discussed how to strengthen the construction of curriculum and textbook,condense the direction of key discipline construction,implement integrated construction of specialty and discipline,and deepen the related reform.In order to construct high level of teaching staff,the mechanism of teaching staff construction was innovated,and emphasis was put on both talent introduction and training.In addition,through innovating teaching administration,taking full advantage of external teaching resources,and optimizing the environment,the construction of characteristic specialty and key discipline effectively were discussed.Based on the aspects mentioned above,the content and achievement in construction of characteristic specialty of bioscience and key discipline of biology in Nantong University were systematically discussed in this paper.
