城乡协调发展下青藏地区农业农村发展研究

在分析青藏地区自然、社会、经济发展条件的基础上,从产业结构、劳动力结构、农业生产效率的角度研究了农业农村发展在城乡协调发展进程中所呈现出的新态势,分析了广大农村地区发展的新理念、新模式和新战略。指出青藏地区农业农村发展要建立区域非均衡模式,重视生态保护,加强农村基础设施建设,推进工业化、城镇化、农业产业化三步同化。

Study on the Agriculture and Rural Development in Qinghai-Tibet Region in the Context of Coordinated Development of Urban and Rural Areas

According to the natural,social and economic development conditions in Qinghai-Tibet region,the new trend of agriculture and rural development was revealed during the coordinated development process of urban and rural areas,especially from the perspective of its industrial structure,labor structure,and agricultural production efficiency.The new concept,new models and new strategies for the development of vast rural areas were analyzed.It was pointed out that the agricultural and rural development in Qinghai-Tibet region should build a regional non-equilibrium model,highlight ecological protection,enhance the construction of rural infrastructure,and promote the coordination of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural industrialization.
