“三旧”改造实施评价的指标体系构建

针对近年以广东省作为试点开展实施的"三旧"改造规划,通过对广东省高州市"三旧"改造的深入分析和研究,提出了构建"三旧"改造实施评价指标体系框架,包括改造实施后对土地集约利用提升程度的评价指标体系,改造实施后对社会、经济以及生态效益的影响评价指标体系,为"三旧"改造的实施评价提供理论依据,为同类研究提供参考。

Construction of an Index System for Evaluating the Reconstruction of Old Factory Buildings, Old Villages and Old Towns

A pilot project has been carried out in Guangdong Province in recent years to reconstruct the old factory buildings,old villages and old towns.According to the in-depth analysis and research on the reconstruction,an evaluation index system framework was constructed,involving the index system for evaluating the land intensive use degree and the index system for evaluating the influence on society,economy and ecological benefits after reconstruction.The index system provided theoretical basis for evaluating the reconstruction of old factory buildings,old villages and old towns,and also supplied references for similar studies.
