薰衣草精油快速鉴别分析

摘    要:[目的]建立一种有效的薰衣草精油快速鉴别分析方法。[方法]对不同产地薰衣草精油使用红外衰减全反射法采集红外光谱,并进行标准谱库检索分析,另采用气相色谱法对精油进行色谱分离,以色谱峰保留时间定性分析。[结果]红外结果显示,新疆盛澜、广东雾泽、广东广州的薰衣草精油样品与标准谱库薰衣草精油匹配值分别为98.45%、97.46%、97.59%;气相结果显示,上述三者都有2个相同的主要色谱峰27.4和31.6 min,而吉水华新薰衣草精油样品的红外与气相分析结果和其他3个样品有明显差异。[结论]红外结合气相分析对薰衣草精油真伪鉴别快速有效,并为进一步产地分析提供了初步筛选方法。

Rapid Identification of Lavender Essential Oil

Abstract:[Objective] To establish an effective method to quickly identify the lavender essential oil.[Method] The lavender essential oil from different habitats was determined by infrared Attenuated Total Reflection(ATR) spectroscopy,and then analyzed through standard spectrum library retrieval,the essential oil was then chromatographically isolated with gas chromatography,and its retention time of chromatogram peak was analyzed.[Result] As concluded from infrared spectrum,the matching values of the lavender essential oil samples from Shenglan of Xinjiang,Wuze of Guangdong and Guangzhou of Guangdong with the essential oil from standard spectrum library were 98.45%,97.46% and 97.59%,respectively.The chromatography results demonstrated that the samples from the above three places all had two same chromatographic peaks at 27.4 and 31.6 min,respectively,while the samples of Jishui Huaxin had quite different infrared and chromatographic results from other three samples.[Conclusion] The ATR spectroscopy,together with gas chromatography,can effectively and rapidly identify the authenticity of lavender essential oil,and provide preliminary identification method for confirming the producing areas of lavender essence oil.
