冷加工食品菌落总数标准的探析

摘    要:以冷加工食品为研究对象,通过分析收集的冷加工食品菌落总数检测数据,应用统计软件分析,得出冷加工食品菌落总数符合Weibull模型的结论,求出模型的相关参数。分析冷加工食品菌落总数标准的合理性与弊端,探讨冷加工食品菌落总数标准及食品质量控制标准。

Study on the Standards of Total Bacterial Count in Cold Processing Food

Abstract:With the cold processing food as the study object,its total bacterial count data was analyzed with systematic software,it was concluded that the total bacterial count fitted the Weibull model very well,and related parameters were obtained in the same way.The rationality and irrationality of criteria for total bacterial count were also analyzed and then the food quality control standard about total bacterial count of cold processing food was discussed.
