摘    要:[目的]研究由琼胶加工的残渣制备膳食纤维的方法。[方法]琼胶残渣经过水提、漂白、干燥及粉碎等工序制备膳食纤维。[结果]琼胶残渣制备的膳食纤维具有较好的吸水性能。通过模拟小肠和胃的体外吸收试验发现,膳食纤维在酸性条件下对NO2-吸收较好。[结论]琼胶残渣中的有效成分可被提取应用,使废弃资源得以开发利用。

Preparation of Dietary Fiber with Residue from Agar Processing and Its Properties

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the preparation means of dietary fiber in agar residue.[Method] Dietary fiber was made with residue for agar processing by water extraction,bleaching,drying and pulverization.[Result] The product showed a good water absorbability.By simulating in vitro experiments in the small intestine and stomach,it showed that dietary fiber had a better absorption to NO2-under the acidic condition.[Conclusion] The effective components in agar residue were extracted and applied,thus the waste resources can be utilized.
