摘    要:[目的]对乙醇为提取剂提取橘皮中橙皮苷的工艺条件进行优化。[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察了乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取温度和提取时间对橙皮苷得率的影响。[结果]提取橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件为:以体积分数为70%的乙醇为提取剂,液料比15∶1ml/g,70℃下回流提取2.5 h,在此条件下橙皮苷得率为4.38%。加样回收试验表明,方法平均回收率为100.90%。[结论]该方法操作简便、稳定可靠,可用于工业生产。

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Hesperidin from Citrus Peels by Orthogonal Test

Abstract:[Objective] To optimize the ethanol extraction conditions of hesperidin from Citrus peels.[Method] A L9(34) orthogonal experiment was designed to observe the influence of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of hesperidin.[Result] The best extraction conditions were 70% ethanol,15∶1 ml/g liquid-solid ratio,70 ℃ of temperature and 2.5 h duration,under the conditions,the yield of hesperidin was 4.38%,and the average recovery of this method was 100.09%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,stable and reliable,thus it can be used for the industrialized production of hesperidin.
