| 摘 要： | 基于城乡建设用地增减挂钩政策,以河北省邯郸市为例,分析了开展城乡建设用地增减挂钩的必要性,并把农用地分等定级成果应用于城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目中,为解决挂钩实施过程中的补充耕地质量问题及征地补偿标准问题提供一定的标准和依据。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the policies about the pothook of the increase of urban construction land and the decrease of rural residential land,the necessity of the pothook in Handan City was analyzed,and then the agricultural land classification results were applied to the pothook of the increase of urban construction land and the decrease of rural residential land,with the aim to provide certain criteria for quality of compensated land and the compensation standards of land expropriation. |
