摘    要:目的]弄清螺蛳改良水体的效果,并为虾蟹、甲鱼等养殖生产提供科学依据。方法]在平均水温为22.8℃、曝气的情况下,以富营养化的池塘水作为试验用水,进行不同密度铜锈环棱螺和梨形环棱螺改善水质的研究。结果]螺蛳对TN、TP没有显著的去除效果;投放10、20、40个铜锈环棱螺及梨形环棱螺氨氮的去除效率分别为35.39%、33.93%、29.57%和38.29%、25.69%、19.39%,对亚硝酸盐氮的去除效率分别为48.67%、36.14%、34.96%和38.93%、35.20%、33.08%。结论]投放一定密度的铜锈环棱螺及梨形环棱螺有利于水体环境的改善,不同密度螺蛳改善水体环境的效果不同。建议与沉水植物共存,达到螺-草互利作用进而改善养殖水体生态环境的目的。

The Efficiency of Water Purification by Different Densities of Bellamya aeruginosa and Bellamya purificata

Abstract:Objective]To clarify the benefits of using Bellamya to improve water quality,so as to provide scientific basis for the breeding of shrimps,crabs,turtles and other aquatic animals.Method]The experiment was carried out by culturing different densities of Bellamya aeruginosa and Bellamya purificata in eutrophic water at 22.8 ℃ under aeration conditions to improve the water quality.Result]Bellamya showed no significant removal effect on TN and TP.The ammonia nitrogen removal rates of 10,20 and 40 Bellamya aeruginosa and Bellamya purificata were 35.39%,33.93%,29.57% and 38.29%,25.69%,19.39%,respectively.While the nitrites nitrogen removal rates were 48.67%,36.14%,34.96% and 38.93%,35.20%,33.08%,respectively.Conclusion]A certain density of Bellamya aeruginosa and Bellamya purificata is helpful to improving the water quality,and the improvement effect varied at different densities.It is suggested to put Bellamya together with submerged plants,so as to achieve their mutual benefits and improve the eco-environment of the water body.
