结香花体外抗菌活性研究

[目的]研究结香花提取物的抗菌活性。[方法]将结香花药材用浓度70%乙醇提取,然后分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取分离,得5个溶剂萃取物,再采用K-B纸片扩散法和连续稀释法对各溶剂萃取物进行体外抗菌活性研究。[结果]结香花的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物对蜡样芽孢杆菌、枯草杆菌、产气杆菌和大肠杆菌均有较好的抗菌活性,而对金黄色葡萄球菌没有明显抗菌作用;水层残留物对以上5种致病菌均无明显的抗菌效果。[结论]结香花的粗提物具有良好的抗菌活性。

Antibacterial Activity of Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl.Flowers in vitro

[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of the extracts from E.chrysantha flowers.[Method] E.chrysantha flowers were firstly was extracted with 70% ethanol.And then separated with petroleum,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-hexane,five fractions were obtained and their in vitro antibacterial activity was determined with K-B disk diffusion method and serial dilution method.[Result] The extracts from petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol showed antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus,Bacillus subtilis,Clostridium perfringens and Escherichia coli.But they all showed no activity against Staphylococcus aureus.The water layer residues showed no activity against the five pathogens.[Conclusion] The extracts from E.chrysantha flowers had good antibacterial activity.
