摘    要:目的]揭示相似穿孔线虫伴生细菌群落物种丰度及其细菌多样性。方法]通过构建细菌16S rDNA克隆文库,对阳性克隆进行ARDRA分析和构建系统发育树。结果]依据97%序列相似性划分OTU,构建的细菌16S rDNA文库包含13个OTU,分别属于Alpha-proteobacteria、Betaproteobacteria和Gammaproteobacteria,其中优势菌群为Betaproteobacteria,特别是Burkholderia为优势细菌。结论]相似穿孔线虫的伴生细菌多样性较高,这些细菌可能对相似穿孔线虫具有一定的生态意义。

Community Diversity of Associated Bacteria of Radopholus similis

Abstract:Objective] The paper was to reveal the species abundance of associated bacterial community,and the diversity of its bacteria.Method] Through the construction of 16S rDNA cloning library of bacteria,the positive clone was carried out ARDRA analysis,and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.Result] OUT(Operational Taxonomic Units) was classified according to sequences similarity of 97%,the constructed 16S rDNA library of bacteria contained 13OTUs,belonging to Alphaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria,respectively.The dominant species were Betaproteobacteria,especially Burkholderia was the dominant bacterium.Conclusion] The diversity of associated bacteria of R.similis was high,and these bacteria may have certain ecological significance to R.similis.
