| 摘 要： | 明确了我国耕地保护公众参与的法律依据,分析了我国耕地保护公众参与的缺陷和不足,指出了公众参与耕地保护的形式选择,强调了公众参与耕地保护必须注意的问题,为公众参与耕地保护提供参考。
