| 摘 要： | 通过分析农村居民人均纯收入、住房消费倾向与人均居住面积的变化,揭示3者之间的关系及对农村居民点用地需求的影响,根据未来人均住房面积规划和我国农村居民住房消费倾向地区差异,对我国农村居民点用地变化趋势做了预测,提出未来一段时期农村居民点用地需求及管理的重点。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the changes in the per capita net income,housing consumption and per capita living space of rural residents,their relationships and their influence on rural residential land were exposed.According to regional difference in the future per capita living area and the housing consumption of rural residents,the change trend of rural residential land was forecasted,and the demand and management focus of rural residential land were proposed for a period of time in future. |
