能量饲料发芽处理后酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:本文对三种能量饲料(玉米、大麦、小麦)经发芽处理后,α-淀粉酶,(α+β)一淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶活性变化进行分析研究。结果表明:禾谷类籽实荫发后,酶活性迅速上升,随发芽时间的增长,大麦中纤维素酶活性显著降低,自然晒制后,并不影响酶活性大小,仅幼芽中的酶活性低于发芽后的整粒籽实。

Abstract:The activities of α-amylase, (α+β) -amylase,proteinase and callulase in germinated corns, barleys and wheats were studied in this experiment. The result showed that ase activity rised rapidly after the seeds were germinated. As time went on, the activity of cellulase cut down significantly. The ase activity was not influenced when the germinated seeds were dried in the sun. The ase activity in young shoots was lower than that in whole seeds.
