| 摘 要： | 在总结福州市耕地土壤利用现状的基础上,分析了耕地土壤存在面积减少,用养不当,污染有日趋严重等问题,提出了以法治地,合理用地养地,建立高产稳产耕地,调整农作物布局,提高耕地土壤生产力,建立完善耕地保养和耕地环境污染监测制度等合理利用耕地土壤的保护对策。
