华南双季超级稻米质的初步研究

摘    要:2001年晚季和2002年早季在广东省农业科学院水稻研究所,以华南双季超级稻为试材,按“国标”方法测定7项指标并对其作了分析,结果表明:(1)华南双季超级稻米质总体好于目前本稻区的生产推广品种,特别是蒸煮品质有较大的提高;(2)早、晚季米质性状差异显著性经t测验,整精米率和垩白度达1%显著水平,垩白粒率和粒型达5%显著水平。

Abstract:Study on grain quality character of double-cropping super rice in South-China, based on 7 criteria of the national standard, was conducted in the experiment field of Rice Research Institute, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences at 2001 late crop and 2002 early crop. The results showed that, 1) grain qualities of seven South-China 2-crop super rice were better than that of excellent commercial rice varieties in the same district, its boiling qualities increased highly. 2). Variance analysis showed very significant difference in head milled rice and chalkiness between early crop and late crop, while significant difference in chalky rice and rice shape.
