摘    要:2019—2020年连续两年在内蒙古自治区赤峰市进行了番茄病毒病的预防和防控试验.采用嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1菌剂喷雾和噻虫嗪蘸(灌)根的方法,从控制病毒病介体昆虫烟粉虱和增强植物抗病性的角度来提高番茄病毒病的防控效果.两年的预防试验结果表明,使用HNI-1菌剂喷雾和噻虫嗪蘸根后,番茄病毒病的病情指数均控制在1.6以下,...

Abstract:The experiment on tomato viral disease prevention and control was performed in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for 2 consecutive years from 2019 to 2020.By the methods of spraying Rhodovulum sulfidophilus HNI-1 and root-dipping(irrigating roots)with thiamethoxam,the experiment had improved the prevention and control effect on tomato viral disease from the angles of controlling virus vector-Bemisia tabaci and enhancing plant resistance.Two years prevention experiment results showed that the disease index of tomato viral disease was all controlled below 1.6,and the number of B.tabaci per tomato plant was maintained under 6.The control experimental results also showed that comparing with the contrast,15 days after medication the viral disease symptom was obviously relieved,and disease index was significantly reduced to 5.94-7.48.The number of B.tabaci per tomato plant was reduced to 64.3-84.3,indicating that this prevention and control technique could effectively control tomato viral disease.
