有限性和无限性大豆的解剖初探

摘    要:研究表明:有限性及无限性大豆的茎端都能从营养生长转化为生殖生长,分化出花原基。但从植株开始花芽分化至主茎端开始花原基分化,无限性大豆较有限性大豆所经历的时间长,茎端分化出的叶原基数目也相应地多。不同结荚习性大豆叶面积变化的差异及顶荚发育的差异与上述解剖学上的差异有关。

Abstract:A systematically anatomical observations on stem apices of the determinate and the moeter inmate soybeans indicate that: All the shoot apices can care on trproductive growth and differ entiate flower primordia. However, from the first flower bad differentnation on a plant the first flower primordium differentiation on the main shoot dpex, the undeterminate soybeat leke lunger lime and differentiate more leaf primordia than the deterininate soybeans. A the dst flower primordium differentiation on a plant, the toppest leaf primordium he main shoot,apex can develop into the largest leaf on the plant. Above this largest leaf. the indeterminate have more leaves than determinate, thus leaf areas on the indeterminate show more remarkable deerease that on the determinate. The differences in the change of areas of leaves and the of vel opment of top pods between soybeans of different growth habits result from difference in the anatomy. This article can provide some anatomical data for further study on genetics, breeding and physiology.
