| 摘 要： | 通过对我国目前城市化水平现状分析，探讨了城市化进程与农村社会经济发展的关系，提出城市化建设是解决我国农村社会经济发展难题的唯一出路和以大中城市为龙头带动小城镇建设的发展思路，并从可持续发展、产业升级、制度创新和市场培育等方面提出加速城市化建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this article we discussed the relation between the proces s of urbanization and the development of social economy of countryside by analyzi ng current situation of the standard of urbanization. We drew the following conc lusions: Firstly, in order to solve the problem of the development of the social economy of countryside in our country, we can only speed up urbanization. Seco ndly, we should develop the economic of the towns by developing that of big citi es. And we put forward the rationalization proposal of speeding up urbanization from the aspects of the sustainable development, industry being promoted, innova ting systems and cultivating market. |
