摘    要:以人参种子、芽胞、茎、叶为外植体,通过器官发生途径建立人参高效再生体系.筛选出不定芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IBA,继代培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IBA和MS+2.5 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IBA,生根培养基为1/2 MA+1.0 mg/L NAA;16 h光照/8 h黑暗培养.移栽获得再生植株.

Abstract:Using seeds,buds,stems and leaves as explants,a regenerative system for shoot morphogensis of Panax ginseng was described.Adventitious bud was induced on MS medium supplemented with MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IBA,1.0 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA,2.5 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA.The root medium is 1/2 MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA.When adventitious bud was cultured in 16 h illumination and 8 h darkness in turns,regenerative plant was obtained.
