鸡传染性法氏囊病中枢免疫器官超微结构的研究

摘    要:通过对IBDV一C~4F~7强毒接种雏鸡的中枢免疫器官超微结构的动态观察表明:接毒后12-24h淋巴细胞呈现轻度坏死,接毒后72~120h淋巴细胞坏死最严重,之后则淋巴细胞坏死现象逐渐减轻,至接毒后264—288h在胸腺髓质区内出现接近正常皮质的淋巴细胞,但法氏囊中的淋巴细胞尚未见到修复现象。

Abstract:The observations on the ultrastructure of central immune organs of chickens that had been infected with strong poison IBDV-C4F7 strain showed that the extent of the necrosis of lymphoid cells were much lighter 12-24 hrs and the most severe 72-120 hrs postinfection. And after that time the necrosis of lymphoid cells became lighter and lighter. Until 264-288 hrs the lymphoid cells which were presented as the normal cortex lymphoid cells appeared in thymus,but the recovery of the lymphoid cells in the bursa of Fabricius was not found.
