| 摘 要： | 应用常规分离鉴定技术,对湛江市某养鹅场的病鹅进行病原分离与鉴定,通过试管二倍稀释法测定鱼腥草、五倍子、黄芩等30种中药药液对病原菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(MBC),筛选出抗菌作用较强的中药作为主药,与其他中药组成复方,测定中药复方对病原菌的体外抑制效果.结果表明:分离的病原菌符合巴氏杆菌的生化特性；五倍子(MIC=3.125mg/mL)和诃子(MIC=12.5mg/mL)对巴氏杆菌有较强抑菌活性,选取五倍子、诃子、五味子、乌梅、山茱萸、石榴皮、栀子和虎杖作为主药与其他中药分别组成复方,主药与大多数中药组成的复方抗菌作用增强.
