利用生物柴油制取甲醇柴油微乳液及其热力学分析

摘    要:选择油酸-生物柴油作为助溶剂配制了甲醇柴油微乳化燃油,绘制了三元相图,根据试验,建立了热力学分析模型,通过动力粘度,计算了微乳液的自由能,并讨论甲醇含量、生物柴油含量、温度对甲醇柴油微乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明:在形成甲醇柴油微乳液中,加入生物柴油可以大大降低油酸的使用量,其原因是生物柴油增加了混合溶液的熵值。

Abstract:The paper choosed oleic acid and biodiesel as surfactant because biodiesel has better fuel properties to form microemulsification system of methanol and diesel and plot the phase behavior,built the thermodynamic module through test,and computed ΔG* with viscosity coefficient,and discussed the effect factors of the content of methanol,and the content of biodiesel and temperature.The result showed that biodiesel can be benefit for the forming of microemulsification because of the increasing of ΔS*.
