摘    要:对以无核葡萄为母本的9个杂交组合的杂交后代及无核品种的实生后代进行了胚珠培养。结果表明,母本对胚萌发率起着关键作用;大果的胚珠萌发率高;金星无核的最佳胚珠培养基为N itsch+水解酪蛋白100mg/L+活性炭2.0g/L+IAA 1.8mg/L+GA 0.4mg/L+糖20g;喙切可以大大提高金星无核胚珠的萌发率。研究了异常苗、畸形苗、白化苗的成苗情况,确定了相应的成苗培养基;并建立了各杂交组合后代和不同品种的实生后代适宜的快繁培养基。

Abstract:The ovules from the progeny of 9 cross combinations and selfcross of the seedless grapes were cultivated.The results showed that the choice of maternal plant was important for seedless grape ovule culture.Germination rate of ovules from big fruits was higher than that from small fruits.The best ovules culture medium for "Venus seedless" were Nitsch+LH 100mg/L+activated carbon 2.0g/L+IAA 1.8mg/L+GA 0.4mg/L+sucrose 20g.The germination rate of "Venus seedless" embryos was efficiently promoted through beak cutting of the ovule.The growing-into seedling of abnormal,malformed and albino plants was studied,and the growing-into seedling media were established.The propagation media of cross and self-cross progeny were established.
