阔叶古树优良基因资源选育利用研究

摘    要:通过对旱柳、小叶杨等5种古树树种,10个优良无性系的选育研究,古树个体成过熟发育枝条的硬枝扦插平均成活率达到72.2%,树高、胸径的广义遗传力为0.87和0.85;7月,8月是古树无性系的高生长速生期。对比结果表明:B 1,A 2,A 1生长突出,可作为初选优良无性系进行扩繁和生产推广。

Abstract:Five ancient tree species(Salix matsudana,Populus simonii,etc.) and ten fine clones were studied.The survival rate of hard cutting from individual plant was averagely 72.2 %;the broad heritability in tree height and diameter of breast height(DBH) was 0.87 and 0.85.The clones of ancient tree grew rapidly in July and August.Comparison results were that B1,A2 and A1 clones were better in growth than any others,they would be regard as fine clones in propagation and extension.
