| 摘 要： | 对阿克苏地区4年树龄骏枣树进行不同浓度的钙处理,探讨骏枣果实各品质指标含量及营养元素含量变化。在骏枣上施用不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2,其作用和效果不同。其中,以喷施浓度0.4%对改善产品成分效果比较明显,能提高维生素C和可溶性糖的含量,增加单果质量和可溶性固形物含量,提高果实中Mg、Cu、Mn元素的含量;喷施0.2%Ca(NO3)2提高蛋白质的含量较明显;喷施0.8%Ca(NO3)2能明显降低果实可滴定酸的含量,提高Ca和Zn元素的含量。为骏枣钙肥的合理施用提供参考。

| Abstract: | By fertilizing different concentrations of calcium fertilizer to four years old trees of Ziziphus jujube Mill. in Aksu area,quality indexes of the date fruit and the changes of content of nutrient elements were analyzed.Spraying Ca(NO3)2 at the concentration of 0.4% could remarkably improve the contents of Vc and soluble sugar and soluble solids,and element contents of Cu、 Mn、 Mg were increased as well.Spraying 0.2% of Ca(NO3)2,the content of protein was improved remarkably,and spraying 0.8% of Ca(NO3)2,the content of titratable acid decreased obviously,yet the contents of Ca and Zn were improved.The result provides a scientific data for the the reasonable application of calcium fertilizer on Ziziphus jujube Mill. . |
