| 摘 要： | 从采集到的湖南省林业科学院的白蚁活体标本肠道内,分离并筛选高产纤维素酶细菌菌株,对其进行生长条件的优化。降解能力强的B3菌株的生长条件为:温度为40℃,pH值为6.0,接种量为3.5%,装液量为50 mL。

| Abstract: | The bacterial strain which could produce much cellulase was isolated and screened out from the intestines of living termite sample,which was collected from Hunan Academy of Forestry Science,and the growth conditions of this strain were optimized.The optimum growth conditions of strain B3 with strong degradation ability were obtained as follows: temperature 40 ℃,pH-value 6.0,inoculation quantity 3.5%,and loaded liquid volume 50 mL. |
