摘    要:研究了5个小麦品种不同生育时期的叶片渗透调节能力,结果表明,小麦叶片渗透调节能力以灌浆盛期最强,拔节期、挑旗期、开花期和灌浆初期叶片渗透调节能力差异不大。小麦叶片渗透调节能力与品种的抗旱指数呈正相关关系,所以可作为筛选小麦抗旱、高产品种的指标,其测定时期以挑旗期和灌浆盛期为宜。

Abstract:The leaf osmotic adjustment ability in different growth and developing stage of five wheat varieties are studied in this paper. It shows that the best stage of wheat leaf osmotic adjustment ability is grain filling climax stage, but it has little difference among joint stage, flag leaf stage, anthesis stage and grain filling initial stage. Wheat leaf osmotic adjustment ability has a positive correlation coefficient with drought resistance index of variety. So it can be used as one of the indexes for identification of drought resistance and high yield wheat variety. The most suitable determinating stages are flag leaf stage and grain filling climax stage.
